The therapies... ​

Here you will find my therapies, from the Energy side, with Reiki / Energy Healing and Therapies with Crystals and from the Physical/Spiritual side, with Ayurveda, my work being through massages/treatments, and you will also find the Integrative side, which results from the union of my therapeutic practices, for greater physical, mental and emotional harmony, with the aim of helping to promote a more balanced life.

As a result of my journey in the therapeutic area and based on my philosophy and the integrative aspect, together with my interests, Intenção D'Alma, my Integrative Therapy, was born.
